South Philadelphia High School registrant Kareem Fuller captured the Public League wrestling championship at 145 pounds, winning the title at his institution, 2101 S. Broad St., over the weekend. He will venture to Edison High School Saturday for the district championships. He and the Rams went 7-3 this year, the second in program history.
