A vehicle intended to offer assistance needs some of its own, as this Horizon Ambulance Inc. transport unit sported graffiti as it recently rested between 19th and 20th streets on Oregon Avenue. Perhaps the eighth annual Philly Spring Cleanup, set for April 11, will mark a decline in such markings and similar examples of disregard.
