Even before the turkeys get on the table, holiday preparations are in effect. Yesterday morning, this two-story tall spruce tree was conveyed up Broad Street towards City Hall. The blue behemoth was donated from the Spectrum, set for demolition Tuesday, and will be used this year as City Hall’s Christmas tree.
