If one man’s trash is truly another man’s treasure, someone could argue this tunnel-like structure consisting of boards, door and wooden planks is a jewel of ingenuity. An impromptu adventure three weeks ago led to the discovery of the Broad-Street-and-Washington-Avenue-situated creation in a vacant lot, with a sign seeking more standard ideas for construction.
