Finding a perfectly sunny day last week, Howie Roseman woke up in his home on Bainbridge Street and decided to head south to Franklin D. Roosevelt Golf Club, snuggled inside FDR Park at Pattison Avenue and South Broad Street. Fitted in the appropriate attire and gloves, he took a hard slap at the ball on his tee, driving it down the fairway, and watched it land in the lush green grass. Fore score, indeed.
