The top of the garden provides a colorful contrast to the Philadelphia skyline, but this is not your average vegetative garden. For more than a decade, Isaiah Zagar’s Philadelphia Magic Gardens, 1020-22 South St., has brought magic into the hearts of South Philadelphians with his creative use of materials. The warm weather has invited many, including Mayor Michael Nutter, outside to see the art.
