Personnel from Geno’s Steaks, 1219 S. Ninth St., unveiled the Path of Honor Oct. 30. Owner Geno Vento devised the plaque as a replacement for the one that his father, Joey Vento, commissioned to honor fallen firefighters and police officers. The names of 417 such figures appear on the memorial. ■
