Coco provides a free eye exam and a new pair of frames compliments of the Eagles Youth Partnership’s program that kicked off its 14th season Monday at 1700 Bigler St. The newly renovated office on wheels, complete with signed memorabilia of Birds Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook, features Bregy students in its interior mural.
