This little guy on the 2500 block of South 13th Street partially escaped the remnants of Hurricane Isaac Tuesday thanks to this umbrella. The tropical cyclone battered the northern Gulf Coast last week and showed this area some of its holdover power, with Labor Day feeling more like “Water Day.”
