The District Attorney’s Office announced Monday that a grand jury has indicted Marcellus Jones on charges of murder, conspiracy, robbery, firearms violations, possession of an instrument of crime, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for the June 15, 2008 killing of Passyunk Square resident Beau Zabel. The victim had recently moved to the area to be a teaching fellow within the School District of Philadelphia.
