Authorities are seeking the man who tried to rob an automatic teller machine in Lower Moyamensing.
The figure approached the device outside of South Philly Tobacco and Lottery, 1151 Oregon Ave., at 4:06 a.m. Jan. 9 and attempted to force it open, with a witness scaring him off. He fled the scene, with another unknown individual picking him up in a car after having corresponded with him via walkie-talkies.
