Victim/Witness Services of South Philadelphia Inc., 1426 S. 12th St., will hold a Beef & Beer fundraiser 5:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 3 at EOM, 138 Moore St., to continue to support victims in South Philly. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door.
