Police are seeking a man who stole a package off a Girard Estate residence’s steps.
On Oct. 20, the United Parcel Service made a delivery to a home on the 2400 block of South Bancroft Street, leaving the item on the front steps. At 1:49 p.m., surveillance video captured an unknown male approaching the space and subsequently taking the article before fleeing in an unknown direction.
