Located within a mile of one another, a pharmacy in Passyunk Square, East Passyunk Crossing and Lower Moyamensing were held up between Feb. 11 and March 6. Police released surveillance video of each incident last week.

Most recently, an armed offender wearing a black mask walked into Walgreens, 2655 S. 10th St., at 11 a.m. March 6 while his accomplice waited outside in a green minivan or SUV, according to police. The former pointed his weapon at the employees and said, “Give me all the drugs.” The workers handed over an unknown amount of Adderall, and the robber left the store, hopped inside the vehicle and fled east on Oregon Avenue and south on Hutchinson Street.

Eight days earlier, two men entered Zevin’s Drug Store Inc., 800 McKean St., at 11:15 a.m. and ordered the employees to lie on the floor, according to police. One of the armed men forced its manager to the store’s office area where he forced him to hand over Percocet and Oxycontin as well as money. He placed the stolen goods — an unknown amount of the requested drugs and $200 — in a maroon duffle bag with tan handles and fled, along with his accomplice, westbound on McKean Street.

The pair first struck at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 11 at Bertolino’s Pharmacy, 1500 S. 12th St., where the pair ordered the owner and several customers to the ground before raiding the register and narcotics cabinet. They fled north on 12th with an unknown amount of narcotics, cigarettes and cash.
