A man was robbed at gunpoint in West Passyunk for his cell phone and $200 cash Sunday.

Around 6:25 p.m., a 20-year-old met up with a man known to him as “Isiah” on the 2000 block of Snyder Avenue to sell his iPhone, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. The potential buyer, who arrived at the scene with another unknown male, pulled out a silver handgun, demanded his cell phone and anything else he had on him. After the victim gave up his phone and money, the two men fled the area, running northbound on 20th Street.

“Isiah” was described as black, age 19 to 20, 5-foot-6, thin and wearing a green shirt while his accomplice was described as black, age 22 to 23, 5-foot-8 with a medium build and wearing black cargo pants.
