A youth is dead after a bullet struck his head in Dickinson Narrows last week.
Naasir Westbrook, 17, of the 400 block of Dudley Street, received a single shot to the head at 9:47 p.m. May 31 on the 1700 block of Fifth Street. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene at 10 p.m.
There have been no arrests and the motive was unknown at press time.
