A duo held up a man at gunpoint on a West Passyunk street.

A 24-year-old man was walking east on the 1900 block of Mifflin Street when two unknown males ran up behind him at 3:59 a.m. Dec. 6, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. One perpetrator, who was armed with a small, black revolver, yelled “give it up” as his accomplice fumbled through the man’s pockets to retrieve a Sprint HTC EVO Shift cell phone and black wallet.

The pair fled west on Mifflin leaving the man unharmed, Tolliver said.

The armed man was described as black, in his 20s, 5-foot-10 to 5-foot-11, thin and wearing a black hoody while the other man was described as black, in his 20s and 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9; having a stocky build; and wearing a gray shirt.
