A man remains at large more than a month after nabbing four bicycles in Bella Vista.
At 11:55 p.m. Dec. 18, surveillance footage captured the male as he entered a garage area of a 700-block-of-Bainbridge-Street apartment complex. He swiped a bicycle from the space before making two more early morning return trips to remove three more.
