Police are seeking a West Passyunk man for an August shooting.
Authorities believe Kamil Singleton, 23, of the 1900 block of South 18th Street, fired multiple shots at a 25-year-old sitting on his steps on the 1700 block of Manton Street at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 31, police said. The victim received a graze wound to his lower lip as he ran toward 17th Street.
Three bullets also shattered the rear passenger window a 2003 Ford Focus, police said. Its 19-year-old female owner ducked down in the auto and was unharmed.
Singleton is 5-foot-5, 130 pounds; having black hair and brown eyes.
