A man was gunned down around the corner from his Queen Village home last week.
Karim Carter, 22, was pronounced dead at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital 36 minutes after he was killed at 2:08 a.m. May 25 on the 900 block of South Fourth Street, Officer Jill Russell of the Police Public Affairs Unit said. The resident of the 400 block of Christian Street received multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body.
Police did not disclose a motive or any suspects as of press time.
