The City Wide Vice Enforcement Unit on May 9 announced the arrest of 27 men in conjunction with a weeklong Patronizing Operation. The April 28 to May 2 endeavor involved undercover decoy setups throughout the city and led to the confiscation of 19 cars and $3,995 from the individuals, whom officials charged with patronizing prostitution, solicitation and related offenses.

The sting resulted in the arrest of 34-year-old Darwin Lynch, of the 2000 block of South Hollywood Street. The Grays Ferry resident awaits a June 12 motions hearing.
