Two different men are responsible for a pair of indecent assaults in East Passyunk Crossing and Pennsport this week.
The first occurred at 3 a.m. June 9 on the 1800 block of East Passyunk Avenue when an unknown Latino man wearing a black shirt, red jacket and blue jeans improperly touched a 30-year-old woman, police said. Then at 5:40 p.m. June 10 on the 300 block of Mifflin Street, a 19-year-old woman was indecently assaulted. Her attacker, who fled westbound on Mifflin, was described as black, 5-foot-five, stocky and wearing all black clothing.
