Police are seeking a Lower Moyamensing purse snatcher.
A 53-year-old woman was walking along the 800 block of Ritner Street when an unknown man came up behind her, took her purse after a brief struggle and fled eastbound on Ritner at 11:40 a.m. Feb. 12, according to police, who released surveillance video of the suspect yesterday.
The offender was described as a male of an unknown race; having a medium build; and wearing a black coat with fur around the hood, a dark-colored hat, blue jeans and white shoes.
