A man was wounded once in Dickinson Narrows Friday morning.
The 21-year-old was standing on the 500 block of Titan Street when shots were fired from an unknown direction at 10:58 a.m., Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.Police located him with a bullet in the left side of his chest on the 400 block of Manton Street and transported him to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he was treated and released.
Police collected ballistics evidence at the scene, but the motive remained unclear at press time.
