A former Lower Moyamensing teacher has settled his differences with his previous employer out of court.

“The issues between the parties in the above action [William Aitken vs. School District of Philadelphia et al] has been settled and upon order of the court … it is ordered that the above action is dismissed with prejudice,” according to court records.

In the lawsuit filed Sept. 3, 2010, Aitken claimed students were orchestrating attacks on Asian students prior to the ’09’s assaults, so he alerted then-Principal LaGreta Brown, but the district allegedly reassigned him to a school for instructors facing disciplinary action.
