A Newbold woman, who advertised “massages,” was arrested for prostitution.
The Citywide Vice Unit conducted a “back page” ad investigation in which an undercover officer called the number on a massage advertisement, according to police. A woman, who identified herself as “Kendra” made an appointment with the caller at a dwelling on the 1400 block of Snyder Avenue. When the undercover officer arrived at the location and went inside, Louis Woodward, 25, of that block, allegedly offered to perform oral sex for $200. The undercover officer alerted backup.
Woodward was arrested and charged with promoting prostitution and solicitation, according to court records.
