A robber kissed a woman twice in Passyunk Square before mugging her last week.

The 37-year-old was walking alongside her bicycle on the 1300 block of South Sixth Street at 2 a.m. Aug. 1 when an unknown man grabbed her from behind and kissed her on the mouth, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. When she tried to push him away, he grabbed her head and kissed her again. Although she attempted to get away, the man was able to push her down, pull her iPhone from her pocket and flee westbound on Reed Street.

The woman received a minor elbow scrape but did not seek medical attention.

The offender was described as Latino, in his mid-20s, 5-foot-4 and having a medium build, no facial hair and black, curly hair falling past his ears.
