A man suffered a stab wound from another male in Grays Ferry.
Authorities reached the 2500 block of Oakford Street at 9:10 p.m. Nov. 25 and met with the complainant, who said he was walking along the block when someone began to argue with him. The figure stabbed him in the back with an unknown object, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said, before fleeing the area eastbound on Oakford Street toward 24th Street.
The victim received transport to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment. He described his attacker as a 50-year-old black male standing 5-foot-9; possibly having the nickname “Lump”; and wearing a gray jacket, black pants and a black hat.
