The PIDC announced that Mercer Cafe has signed a lease to open a restaurant at The Philadelphia Navy Yard next spring. It will be located in Building 623 at 4920 S. 15th St. The family owned and operated business has a 14-year-old Port Richmond location that specializes in gourmet breakfast and lunch.
