A man was arguing with his sister’s boyfriend, who scorched him by throwing grease at him Saturday morning.
The 38-year-old and his sister’s significant other, Charles Hall, 43, of the 1500 block of South Stanley Street, were allegedly arguing over money when Hall is believed to have opened his front door and threw hot chicken grease on the man, who was standing outside, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.
A medic transported the brother to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with first and second degree burns to his face, neck and chest
Hall was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person.
