Using just released surveillance video, police are searching for a man who tried to vandalize a bicycle in Point Breeze last month.
Responding to a radio call at 2:48 p.m. Nov. 2, authorities ventured to the 2100 block of Titan Street and learned from the complainant that an unknown male had attempted to take the handle bars off his bicycle, which he had locked to a pole. When he approached the figure to ask questions, the suspect placed his hand on a gun inside his waistband. He fled on foot, last seen heading west on Titan Street.
