Police lack a motive and suspects in the Sunday shooting death of a man in Grays Ferry.
A little before 3 a.m., the victim, 28-year-old Rashul Isaacs, of 18th Street near Morris Street, absorbed shots to his neck, arms and legs while in a parking lot across from Club 121 on the 1200 block of South 35th Street, Officer Christine O’Brien of the Police Public Affairs Unit said. He died 15 minutes later at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. A stray bullet struck an unidentified 27-year-old man outside the establishment.
