A pair of men mugged a woman on her Queen Village doorstep Sunday.

The 30-year-old was attempting to open her door when two men walked up behind her on the 700 block of South Third Street and put a black handgun to her head at 8:31 p.m., Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. After demanding she turn around, they insisted she hand over her bags, which included her purse that contained two BlackBerry cell phones, an iPad, a wallet with identification, credit cards, passport, jewelry and $40, as well as a black bag filled with clothes.

The thieves commanded she run north on Third while they fled south on foot, Tolliver said.

The first suspect was described as black, in his late teens or early 20s and 6-foot-1; having a broad, athletic build; and wearing a black hoody with the hood pulled over his head and a ski mask covering his face. The second offender was described as black, 5-foot-9 and thin; having a silver ring on the right side of his lip; and wearing a red hoody with the hood over his head and light-colored jeans. It was unclear which man was armed.
