The Drug Enforcement Administration along with the Philadelphia Police Department will be holding second annual Medication/Pharmaceutical Take Back Initiative runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday to remove these controlled substances from homes and other facilities to ensure unused pharmaceuticals do not get into the wrong hands and are properly disposed.
These medications may be dropped off at ShopRite, 24th Street and Oregon Avenue, or Bryant Baptist Church, 1140 S. 19th St.
