Four months after his arrest in a Grays Ferry home, orthopedic surgeon Andrew Collier Jr. had charges against him dropped, according to a Tuesday release by the District Attorney’s Office. Officers had conducted a Nov. 26 raid of a home near 30th and Mifflin streets and supposedly encountered the medical professional writing prescriptions.
Spokeswoman Tasha Jamerson revealed her employer dumped the allegations March 7, but did not disclose why.
