An 18- and 21-year-old man were on the 2100 block of South 19th Street at 11:30 p.m. when a gray sedan with tinted windows passed by them and pulled over, Detective Danielle Tolliver said. While the driver stayed inside the auto, two passengers, one of whom was armed, exited and demanded their belongings, which included cell phones, iPads, a laptop and other items before fleeing in the vehicle heading west on Passyunk Avenue.

Neither of the men were injured.

The gunman was described as black, in his late teens to early 20s, 5-foot-9, thin, short hair and wearing a navy blue jacket while his accomplice was described as black, in his early 20s, 5-foot-8, thin, unshaven and wearing glasses.
