A man was slain while in the driver’s seat of his automobile in Point Breeze Saturday.
17th District police responded to the 1400 block of South 18th Street for a person with a gun at 2:56 p.m. to find Tyrik Enty, 24, of the 1800 block of Wharton Street, sitting behind the wheel of a 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora with a bullet to the head, Officer Christine O’Brien of Police Public Affairs Unit said.
Enty was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition, but was pronounced dead at 8:30 a.m. the following day, O’Brien said.
Police did not have any suspects or a motive at press time.
