The U.S. Marshal Service is seeking a potential South Philly man, who has allegedly relocated from Virginia, but has not registered as a sex offender.

Landell Barnett, 44, formerly of Richmond pled guilty to sexually assaulting a child between the ages of 13 and 15 four years ago and served time behind bars, according to Virginia court records. He is currently on probation for the crime that occurred July 4, 2005.
Barnett, who is believed to be a Philly native living in South Philly and working in construction, is now wanted for failure to register as a sex offender in addition to failure to appear in court in Philly for theft charges, as well as in Virginia for traffic charges.
Barnett is described as 5-foot-11, 210 pounds with black hair and blown eyes.
