Delegates of each of the 10 fancy brigades, represented by the Philadelphia Mummers Brigade Association, elected a new executive board for 2012 Feb. 23.
The association re-elected president James J. Julia, first vice president Fred Keller, second vice president Bill F. Burke Jr., recording secretary Don Cola Jr., treasurer James P. Bradley and business agent Rocco Gallelli. The board welcomed a new financial secretary, Charles G. Kueny, from the Golden Crown New Years Brigade, 2022 S. Third St,, as well as Joseph Gallagher, from the Jokers New Years Association, 1602 S. Second St., as the newly elected sergeant at arms.
