A double dose of dismay

Police are searching for the depicted figure in conjunction with a West Passyunk-based shooting.

An unknown male approached the complainant as the latter parked his car on the 2000 block of South 21st Street at 6 p.m. Aug. 17, firing several shots into the side of the vehicle, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. The motorist suffered wounds to his face and arms yet was able to flee in his automobile, stopping on the 2300 block of Snyder Avenue after hitting two parked cars.

The suspect fled on foot, with witnesses seeing him heading east on the 2000 block of Snyder Avenue. Officials from The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania listed the victim in stable condition.
