The 17th District, 20th and Federal streets, will hold its monthly block representative meeting 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at its headquarters. In addition to a crime report, Greater Philadelphia Bicycle Coalition, Mayor’s Office Bicycle and Pedestrian Program and Sanitation Department representatives are scheduled to speak.
