Police hope to detain the depicted man for committing a robbery in Bella Vista.
Surveillance video caught his image at 11:45 p.m. Aug. 16 as he paced along the 800 block of Washington Avenue. Just outside of the camera’s view, he approached the complainant as he sat outside his residence and knocked him to the ground, taking his cell phone and fleeing in an unknown direction.
