A quartet of men were robbed after being ordered to drop their belongings in South of South early Sunday.

The men, all age 23, were walking along the 1800 block of Bainbridge Street when they heard someone yell, “Slow down” at 2:16 a.m. Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. They turned around to see two men, who were armed with black semi-automatic handguns and said, “Drop your stuff.” The men complied letting their wallets, containing IDs, $100, credit and gift cards, in addition to their cell phones, fall to the ground. The offenders gathered the goods and fled southbound on 18th Street.

The two offenders were both described as black, in their late-teens to early-20s, 5-foot-10, 150 to 160 pounds and wearing black clothing, with one of them being clean shaven.
