The owner of Dalia’s Grocery, 1033 S. Eighth St., locked up at 1:30 a.m. April 1, but upon returning at 8:15 a.m. April 2, the backdoor was forced open and an ATM containing $650, $1,500 from the register, a black Dell laptop, silver Gateway laptop and two printers were missing, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. Shelves of grocery items near the back doorway were knocked over as well.
