A northern New Jersey man was killed in the passenger’s seat of a vehicle in Queen Village early Saturday following some sort of argument.

Adolph Bradford, 25, of Edgewater Park, N.J. was riding shotgun while a 32-year-old man was in the driver’s seat of a green Infiniti at 3:56 a.m. along the 900 block of South Columbus Boulevard, Officer Jill Russell of Police Public Affairs said. It was unclear if the vehicle was parked or on the road when Bradford was stuck in the back with a bullet and his friend was hit in the neck.

Bradford was pronounced dead at 4:05 a.m. at the scene while the driver was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in stable condition, Russell said.

There were no suspects at press time.
