Many South Philadelphians are enjoying this week’s heat wave by partaking in forgotten outdoor festivities like dining al fresco or taking the kids and the pooch to the park. Along the 2700 block of South Broad Street Tuesday, a few skateboarders rediscovered their spring pastime by breaking out some tricks in Marconi Plaza.
