Police are seeking a man who lifted items from a vehicle in Bella Vista.
On Tuesday, authorities released video footage of the individual, who committed his crime at 1:30 a.m. May 17 on the 800 block of Carpenter Street. Finding a parked automobile, he quickly entered the mode of transportation and removed the complainant’s GPS and an iPod before fleeing in an unknown direction.
