Two people ended up busted for allegedly assaulting a pair of men at Xfinity Live! Philadelphia, 1100 Pattison Ave.
At 2:05 a.m. June 14, police arrested John DeFeo and shortly thereafter detained girlfriend Kateyln Mascuilli after two males told them the couple bit, kicked and punched them, with one complainant reporting that he needed eight stitches to close an eye wound. Methodist Hospital personnel treated and released them.
Authorities charged DeFeo, of the 2400 block of South 13th Street, with criminal conspiracy, aggravated and simple assault, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person. The 23-year-old posted his $4,000 bail and awaits a June 30 preliminary hearing. They charged Mascuilli, of the 2200 block of South Bancroft Street, with the same offenses minus disorderly conduct. She posted her $2,000 bail and will have her preliminary hearing on the same date.
