Police are looking for the depicted suspect from a Whitman robbery.
At 12:30 p.m. Nov. 27, surveillance video caught the image of the man as he looked for victims in the Whitman Plaza parking lot, 330 W. Oregon Ave. He parked what authorities believe is a late model Toyota Highlander and wandered three cars down to swipe a woman’s purse.
When the complainant noticed the action, she gave chase but ended up falling when the offender sped off toward Third Street and Oregon Avenue.
