An at-large male orchestrated a lucrative theft in Dickinson Square West.
Surveillance footage showed the individual entering a Philadelphia Gas Works vehicle on the 1800 block of South Second Street at 5:45 a.m. Nov. 25. He quickly set himself to removing a GPS and two gas leak detectors valued at more than $3,000.
